摘 要:采用微波消解法处理样品,氢化物原子荧光光度法测定牙膏中总砷的含量,并评定测量结果的不确定度。评定过程包括:建立数学模型分析各不确定度来源,进行不确定度分量的计算,并对各不确定度分量进行合成,最后得到扩展不确定度。经计算,氢化物原子荧光光度法测定牙膏中总砷含量结果为0.408 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.019mg/kg(包含因子k=2),影响不确定度的主要来源是标准曲线的拟合和重复性测量,可采取增加标准曲线浓度点个数,仪器设备良好的维护保养、按时检定校准、定期进行期间核查,加强检测人员分析操作的规范性和熟练度,增加样品平行测定次数等方式降低不确定度,提高测试结果的准确度。The microwave digestion method was used to treat the sample,and the hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the content of total arsenic in the toothpaste,and the uncertainty of the measurement result was evaluated.The evaluation process includes:establishing a mathematical model to analyze each source of uncertainty,calculating the uncertainty components of each source of uncertainty,synthesizing the uncertainty components,and finally obtaining the expanded uncertainty.After calculation,the result of hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry for determining the total arsenic content in toothpaste is 0.408mg/kg,with an expanded uncertainty of 0.019 mg/kg(including a coverage factor k=2).The main sources of uncertainty are the fitting of the standard curve and the repeatability measurement.The uncertainty can be reduced by increasing the number of concentration points in the standard curve,maintaining the equipment well,verifying and calibrating on time,conducting regular intermediate checks,strengthening the standardization and proficiency of the analysis and operation of the testing personnel,and increasing the number of parallel determinations of samples.This will improve the accuracy of the test results.
