摘 要:双弯曲反射面天线通过设计合理的中截线并使用焦点带公式构造出满足反射要求的焦点带曲线。在建模中,中截线数据构造的焦点带曲线越密集,形成的反射面曲率就越连续,构造的曲面和理论面之间的偏差就越小,但偏差优化会导致建模工作量剧增。采用基于Creo的参数化阵列设计方法,可高效实现数百条焦点带曲线的建模,仅需调整中截线Excel数据表及少量参数即可完成模型的快速修改。文中通过图形化的曲面曲率分析和反射面曲面精度量化分析,提出了双向曲线约束方法,解决了数据输入精度不足及单向曲线约束导致的曲率不连续和偏差过大的问题,最终实物反射面的面精度均方根误差为0.194 mm,满足面精度均方根误差dRMS≤0.35 mm的设计指标。The double curved reflector antenna constructs the focus band curve which meets the reflection requirements by designing a reasonable middle section and using the focus band formula.In modeling,the denser the focus band curve constructed by the mid-section data is,the more continuous the curvature of the reflection surface will be and the smaller the deviation between the constructed surface and the theoretical surface will be,but the deviation optimization will lead to a sharp increase of modeling workload.With the parametric array design method based on Creo,the modeling of hundreds of focus curves can be realized efficiently,and the model can be quickly modified by adjusting the mid-cut Excel data table and a small number of parameters.In this paper through the graphical curvature analysis and quantitative analysis of the reflector surface accuracy,a bi-directional curve constraint method is proposed,which solves the problems of curvature discontinuity and excessive deviation caused by the lack of data input accuracy and unidirectional curve constraints.Finally,the root mean square error of the real reflector is 0.194 mm,which meets the design index(namely the root mean square error dRMS≤0.35 mm).
