摘 要:星载相控阵天线正朝着大口径、高热耗、高集成和高指标的方向发展,但其结构尺寸、阵面规模和质量的增加与星载产品严格的轻量化需求相矛盾。文中提出一种综合轻量化设计方法,通过三个步骤实现减重目标:首先,采用碳纤维复合材料与铝蜂窝夹层板复合结构替代传统金属整体机加方案,通过材料优化降低承载结构质量;其次,基于力学仿真分析(模态与随机振动)对结构布局进行优化,结合功能组件正交分布策略提升整体刚度;最后,通过力学试验验证设计方案的有效性。研究结果表明,该方案使承载结构的质量至少减轻50%,基频由50.3 Hz提升至130.1 Hz,满足星载设备力学性能要求。该方法为大口径星载天线的轻量化设计提供了系统性解决方案。The space-borne phased array antenna is developing towards large aperture,high heat consumption,high integration and strict parameters,but the increase of its structural size,array scale and weight conflicts with strict lightweight requirement.A comprehensive lightweight design method is proposed in this paper,which includes replacing traditional metal structures with carbon fiber composite and aluminum honeycomb sandwich panels to reduce weight through material optimization,optimizing structural layout based on mechanical simulations(modal and random vibration analysis),combined with orthogonal distribution of functional components to enhance overall stiffness and validating the design effectiveness through mechanical experiments.Results show that with the proposed method the weight of the bearing structure is reduced by 50%at least,the fundamental frequency is increased from 50.3 Hz to 130.1 Hz,and thus the mechanical requirements of space-borne equipment are satisfied.This method provides a systematic solution to lightweight design of large-aperture space-borne antennas.
