摘　　要：以某石油库内浮顶油罐底板开展具备防渗漏监测功能的防渗工艺改造实践为例,详细介绍了防渗工艺主要流程(封边层施工、基础层喷涂、真空层铺设、加强层施工、防渗层喷涂、导电层涂刷等)关键施工工序,以及监测系统(包括铜管、显示仪表、电路电缆等)的安装调试工艺。罐底防渗改造结果经过现场真空测试和连续监测120 h后,夹层承受真空压力不低于-70 kPa,测漏等级达到1级泄漏检测要求,符合预期效果。Taking the practice of anti-seepage process improvement with anti-seepage monitoring function of floating roof tank floor in an oil depot as an example,the key construction processes of anti-seepage process(edge sealing layer construction,foundation layer spraying,vacuum layer laying,reinforcing layer construction,anti-seepage layer spraying,conductive layer painting,etc.)and the installation and commissioning process of monitoring system(including copper pipes,display instruments,circuit cables,etc.)are introduced in detail.Upon the on-site vacuum test and continuous monitoring for 120 h,the interlayer withstands vacuum pressure of no less than-70 kPa,and the leakage detection level reaches Level 1 leakage detection requirements,meeting the expected effect.
