摘　　要：针对成品油管道伴行光缆在日常管理中存在的主要问题,以西南某长输成品油管道光缆现场管控为例,介绍了通过运用光纤振动监测系统、做好管道光缆沿途物权人宣传、实施光缆浅埋问题治理、开展管道伴行光缆与管道里程数据对齐等管道伴行光缆保护措施,提出了“技防+人防”管道伴行光缆保护机制,促进了管道伴行光缆管理水平提升。Aiming at the main issues in daily management of accompanying optical cables along oil product pipelines,taking the on-site control of optical cables in a long-distance oil product pipeline in Southwest China as an example,the protective measures are introduced such as the application of fiber-optic vibration monitoring systems,awareness campaigns targeting property rights holders along the pipeline route,remediation of shallow burial issues in optical cables,and alignment of mileage data between the pipeline and its accompanying optical cables.A“technical+human defense”mechanism for optical cable protection is proposed,which can enhance the management of pipeline-accompanying optical cables.
