摘 要:针对目前加油站油品数质量风险管理多依赖人工、风险管控与预警不足的问题,提出了基于加油站液位仪深化应用平台进、销、存数据,进行动态应用分析,开展数据建模,依托智能、智慧化手段,实现数据的自动采集、分析和结果推送的方法。引入机器人流程自动化(RPA)技术对加油站风险进行监管,实现对加油机作弊风险、加油枪超差风险、特许加盟加油站私自进油风险、加油站卸错油风险的主动提醒,推进风险防控从人防转为技防,助力加油站风险防控与监管智能化。Aiming at the problem that the oil quantity and quality risk management of gas station mainly relies on manpower and the risk control and early warning are insufficient,a method involving dynamic application analysis,data modeling,and the implementation of intelligent and smart technologies to achieve automated data collection,analysis,and real-time result delivery was proposed that leverages the procurement,sales,and inventory data from the deepened application platform of liquid level gauges in gas stations.Robot process automation(RPA)technology is introduced to supervise the risks of gas stations,so as to realize the active reminding of the risks of cheating on gas dispensers,out-of-tolerance risks of oil guns,risks of unauthorized oil entry by franchised gas stations,and risks of wrong oil unloading by gas stations,promote the risk prevention and control from manpower to technical defense,and assist the intelligent risk prevention and control and supervision of gas stations.
