摘　　要：为了夯实加油站质量管理基础,结合油品销售企业加油站质量风险清单,详细分析了加油站油品入库、运输、储存、销售环节风险及特许加盟站管理和客户投诉等六大关键风险点,并逐一给出了质量管理风险防控措施。通过防控措施的落实,提升了加油站质量管理水平,维护了企业品牌形象。In order to consolidate the basis of quality management of gas stations,six key risk points,including warehousing,transportation,storage,sales risks,franchise station management and customer complaints,are analyzed in detail in combination with the quality risk list of gas stations of oil sales enterprises,and the quality management risk prevention and control measures are provided one by one.Through the implementation of prevention and control measures,the quality management level of the gas station is improved,and the enterprise brand image is maintained.
