摘  要:动力电池模组电芯经人工转运、清洗、涂胶等工艺处理后,存在电芯表面清洗不彻底、涂胶不均匀等问题,造成电芯堆叠困难或电芯堆叠不牢固,最终影响产品良率。本文设计了一种适用于电芯清洗、涂胶的装置,在输送线上依次实现电芯的上料、电芯的正负极视觉检测、电芯一面的清洗、电芯的翻转、电芯另一面的清洗、电芯的涂胶、下线,形成除上料和下料外全自动的电芯清洗、涂胶工艺。以生产节拍、达因值、所用胶量等为试验因素,将所设计的自动线与人工线进行对比试验,结果表明,自动线比人工线生产节拍提升近4倍、自动涂胶量比人工涂胶量最大可减少133%,极大减少了胶的浪费。After manual transportation,cleaning,and gluing of the power battery module cells,problems such as incomplete surface cleaning and uneven gluing arise,causing difficulty in stacking the cells or the cells not being stacked securely,and ultimately affect product yield.This study designs a method and device suitable for cleaning and gluing battery cells,which sequentially performs the following processes on the conveyor line:the feeding of battery cells,visual detection of positive and negative electrodes of cells,cleaning one side of the cell,flipping of the cell,cleaning of the other side,gluing and removal of the battery cell,forming a fully automatic battery cell cleaning and gluing process except for loading and unloading.Using production rhythm,dyne value,and amount of glue used as experimental factors,a comparative experiment was conducted between the designed automatic line and manual line.The results showed that the automatic line increased production rhythm by nearly 4 times,and the automatic glue application reduced the glue usage compared to manual glue application by up to 133%,greatly reducing glue waste.
