纤维增强表面玻璃化膨胀珍珠岩保温板的力学性能试验研究

摘  要:表面玻璃化膨胀珍珠岩保温板抗拉承载力较低,在水平荷载的往复作用下容易产生疲劳破坏,影响其市场应用。为解决此问题,以活性激发后的高炉矿渣粉替代水泥作为无机胶凝材料,在其他功能性添加剂的共同作用下,制备了表面玻璃化膨胀珍珠岩保温板并测试了其力学性能;同时,通过添加柔性好、强度大的有机纤维(丙纶和涤纶),对不同纤维掺量的保温板试件进行抗折强度、挠度测试,绘制荷载-挠度曲线。试验结果表明:纤维能提高保温板的抗折强度和韧性;保温板抗折强度提高的幅度低于韧性增加的幅度;涤纶对保温板的增强效果明显优于丙纶;涤纶的最佳掺量为0.8%时,保温板抗折强度提高到0.53 MPa,韧性提高202%,韧性指数达4.21,其综合性能优于现行国家标准且环保节材。Due to relatively low tensile strength,the insulation board with surface-vitrified and expanded perlite is prone to fatigue failure under the reciprocating action of horizontal load,which limits its market application.In order to solve this problem,the activated blast furnace slag powder,instead of cement,was used as inorganic cementing material.Under the joint action of other functional additives,the insulation board with surface-vitrified and expanded perlite was prepared,and the mechanical properties were tested.By adding organic fibers(polypropylene and polyester)with good flexibility and high strength,flexural strength and deflection of specimens with different fiber content were tested,and load-deflection curves were drawn.The test results show that the fiber can improve the bending strength and toughness of the surface glass expanded perlite insulation board,but the bending strength is lower than the toughness increase,and the strengthening effect of polyester is significantly better than that of polypropylene.When the optimal polyester content is 0.8%,the bending strength increases to 0.53 MPa,the toughness improves by 202%,and the toughness index reaches 4.21.The comprehensive performance of the board exceeds the current national standards,and the material is environmentally friendly.
