摘 要:异辛醇与三氯化磷反应生成亚磷酸二异辛酯(亚酯)是一种高效的制备手段,但是这一反应会产生大量HCl气体,而HCl的去除方式会极大地影响亚酯质量。本文对液碱中和法、气相氨中和法和蒸馏法三种去除HCl的方法进行了研究,分别采用核磁H谱、P谱及气相色谱考察了不同除酸方式对产品品质的影响,并探讨了工业化流程的可能性。The reaction of isooctanol with phosphorus trichloride to produce diisooctyl phosphite(ester)is an efficient preparation method.However,due to the large amount of HCl generated during the reaction,the removal method of HCl removal would greatly affect the quality of the ester.In this study,three methods for removing HCl were investigated,including liquid alkali neutralization,gas-phase ammonia neutralization,and distillation.The effects of different acid removal methods on product quality were investigated using NMR H and P-spectroscopy,and gas chromatography.Furthermore,the process and possibility of industrialization were also discussed.
