摘 要:近年来,我国乡村旅游发展态势良好且不断取得新的突破。为提升乡村旅游体验,改善乡村民宿的建筑品质,选取黟县南屏村的民宿为研究对象,通过实地调研,归纳分析了皖南民宿建筑凹型与回型平面形式下的4种典型空间布局;同时,对样本民宿冬季室内物理环境进行现场实测,发现冬季气候下民宿建筑室内风速较小,有利于防风,但存在偏冷偏湿、自然光照度不足、环境噪声偏大、室内空气质量不佳等问题;最终,结合实际情况提出了改善民宿室内物理环境的可行性措施,包括室内除湿处理、引入外界自然光、降低噪声影响及合理开窗通风等方法。In recent years,rural tourism in China has been developing rapidly and has made continuous breakthroughs.In order to enhance the rural tourism experience and improve the architectural quality of rural homestay,this study selects the homestays in Nanping Village of Yixian County as the research object.Through field investigation,four typical spatial layouts of homestay buildings in southern Anhui under concave and loop-shaped plane forms are analyzed and summarized.Additionally,the winter indoor physical environment of the sample homestays is measured on site.The findings reveal that the indoor wind speed of the homestays is relatively low,which is conducive to wind prevention,but issues such as cold and damp conditions,insufficient natural illumination,high environmental noise,and uncomfortable indoor air quality are identified.Finally,based on the actual situation,the feasible measures to improve the indoor physical environment are proposed,including indoor dehumidification treatment,the introduction of external natural light,the reduction of noise and reasonable window ventilation.
