摘　　要：数字工匠是科技发展和社会进步的产物,与数字经济相伴而生。数字工匠精神形成并发展于数字工匠精益求精的职业实践和孜孜以求的职业活动,凝练并阐释了数字工匠的精神品格和精神风貌,是数字工匠的应有之义和价值追求。数字工匠精神以工匠精神为核心价值取向与根本精神气质,是对工匠精神的传承与延续、丰富与发展。同时,数字工匠精神有着自身特殊的规定性,以全面的数字素养为特征,是将工匠精神落实并践行于数字化工作场域的具体体现。数字工匠精神具有强大的引领、激励和推动作用,能够为数字经济的发展与壮大提供动力和源泉,为数字人才的成长与发展提供智慧和力量。Digital craftsmen are a product of technological development and social progress,accompanied by the digital economy.The spirit of digital craftsmanship,formed and developed in digital craftsmen's professional practice striving for excellence and professional activities of perseverance,has condensed and explained the spiritual character and style of digital craftsmen,which is the rightful meaning and value pursuit of digital craftsmen.The spirit of digital craftsmanship takes the spirit of craftsmanship as its core value orientation and fundamental spiritual temperament,and is the inheritance,continuation,enrichment,and development of it.At the same time,the spirit of digital craftsmanship has its own unique stipulation,characterized by comprehensive digital literacy,and is a concrete manifestation of implementing and practicing the spirit of craftsmanship in the digital workplace.The spirit of digital craftsmanship plays a powerful guiding,motivating,and driving role,providing power and source for the development and growth of both the digital economy and the digital talents.
