摘  要:针对高速铁路钢轨廓形快速检测及精准评估需求,提出了基于激光视觉原理的钢轨廓形连续检测技术方案及实时评估方法,研发了高速铁路钢轨廓形检测车及钢轨廓形状态评估软件。结果表明:高速铁路钢轨廓形检测车检测精度达±0.01 mm,检测范围覆盖道岔尖轨-基本轨组合廓形;钢轨廓形状态评估软件具备钢轨廓形偏差分布、廓形质量实时分析功能;实现了线路双股钢轨廓形、道岔区钢轨组合廓形、轨底坡和轨距的同步连续检测以及廓形质量的实时评估,将有利于提高高速铁路钢轨廓形检测效率及状态评估准确性。In order to meet the requirements of rapid detection and accurate evaluation of rail profile in high-speed railway,a technical scheme of continuous detection of rail profile based on laser vision principle and the real-time evaluation method of rail profile was put forword,and the rail profile inspection vehicle and rail profile state evaluation software for high-speed railway were developed.The results show that the high-speed railway rail profile detection vehicle has a detection accuracy of±0.01 mm,and the detection range covers the combined profile of turnout point rail and basic rail.The rail profile state evaluation software has the functions of real-time analysis of rail profile deviation distribution and profile quality.It realizes the synchronous and continuous detection of double side rail profile,rail combination profile in turnout area,rail bottom slope and gauge,and real-time evaluation of profile quality.It will be beneficial to improve the efficiency of rail profile detection and the accuracy of state evaluation of high-speed railway.
