摘  要:我国铁路持续不断推进货车钢材的升级换代,但车体材料耐蚀性与整车设计寿命的匹配性仍是制约行业发展的技术瓶颈。针对此问题,基于铁路货车实际运行工况,选取T4003和Q450NQR1两种现役车体钢为基材,采用异钢种直接焊接连轧直轧方式成功制备出铁路货车车体用不锈钢复合板。经检测,不锈钢复合板的理化性能优异,各项检测结果均满足铁路货车制造要求。通过折弯成型、焊接组装等工艺验证,不锈钢复合板展现出优异的加工适应性,整车试制时应用效果良好,为铁路货运装备长寿命化发展提供了创新解决方案。China's railway continues to promote the upgrading of steel materials for wagons,but the matching of the corrosion resistance of the body material and the design life of the whole vehicle is still a technical bottleneck that restricts the development of the industry.For this key issue,based on the actual operating conditions of railway wagons,the research team selected T4003 and Q450NQR1 two active body steel as the substrate,and used heterogeneous steel directly welded rolling direct rolling method to successfully prepare the body of railway wagons with stainless steel composite plate.The physical and chemical properties of stainless steel composite plate are excellent,the results meet the railway wagon manufacturing requirements.Through the bending forming,welding assembly and other process verification,the material shows excellent processing adaptability.The application effect in the whole car trial is good,and it provides an innovative solution for the railway freight equipment long-life development.
