摘  要:结合实例统计了小半径曲线钢轨病害数据,分析了小半径曲线常见钢轨病害的表现形式和形成原因,在总结其特点规律的基础上,研究探讨小半径曲线轮轨关系和针对性打磨工艺工法,对提升小半径曲线钢轨状态、减少日常维修养护工作量、延长曲线钢轨使用寿命、节约成本具有重要的现实意义和指导作用。The rail disease data of small radius curve was collected.The manifestations and causes of common rail diseases of small radius curve were analyzed and the wheel-rail relationship and targeted grinding technology of small radius curve were studied on the basis of summarizing the characteristics and laws.It has important practical function and guiding significance to improve the rail status of small radius curve and reduce the workload of daily maintenance,prolong the service life of curved rail and saving cost.
