摘  要:直流电源因其电流密度高、稳定性好,正逐步应用于铁路钢轨焊接领域。研制了一种用于钢轨焊接和热处理的新型大功率直流电源,该电源以IGBT为核心,能够同时满足钢轨焊接和热处理需求,实现了“一源两用”。应用研制的新型电源进行了钢轨现场焊接和热处理试验,并对焊接接头性能进行了测试。试验结果表明:焊接接头质量优良、稳定性高。热处理后钢轨轨头温度可以达到900℃,两侧轨底角温度分别达到892、914℃,符合热处理温度要求。此外,焊接接头性能试验结果满足现行标准要求。In recent years,due to its high current density and good stability,DC power supply begun to be gradually applied to railway rail welding.Therefore,a new high-power power supply for rail welding and heat treatment has been developed,with IGBT as the core,which can meet both welding and heat treatment requirements at the same time,achieving"one source for two uses".The new DC power supply was used for rail welding and heat treatment tests and weld joint performance tests,and the results showed that the welded joint quality was good and its stability was high.After heat treatment,the rail head temperature could reach 900℃,while the rail bottom on both sides reached 892、914℃,respectively,meeting the heat treatment temperature requirements.The welded joint performance test meet the current standard requirements.
