摘  要:研究和推行在道岔区域采用现场闪光焊替代铝热焊的技术及装备,将显著改善无缝线路的运用状态,降低潜在的断轨风险,从而保障线路行车安全。通过现场需求及工况调研,针对道岔区域现场闪光焊的技术难点进行了关键技术研发,研制了适用道岔区域不同作业工况需求的焊轨机装载形式,制定了适应不同场景的现场闪光焊接施工工法,形成了道岔现场闪光焊接成套技术,为后续大规模推广应用提供参考依据。Researching and promoting the use of on-site flash butt welding instead of aluminum thermal welding technology and equipment in turnout areas will greatly improve the condition of seamless track,reduce potential rail breakage risks,and ensure the safety of track operation.It focused on the key technical research and development of on-site flash butt welding technology in the turnout area through onsite demand and working condition research.A welding rail machine loading form suitable for different operating conditions of turnouts has been developed,and on-site welding construction methods suitable for different scenarios have been formulated.A complete set of on-site flash welding technology for turnouts has been formed,providing reference for subsequent large-scale promotion and application.
