摘  要:为探究脂肪酸甲酯衍生物在动车组外表面清洗的应用潜力,选用3种典型的脂肪酸甲酯衍生物(MES、FMEE、FMES),并对其基本特性及应用性能进行了测试。测试结果表明:在质量分数为1%条件下,3种脂肪酸甲酯衍生物溶液接近中性,表面张力相近;MES的低温稳定性较差;FMEE在乳化力、润湿性能、泡沫性能方面均优于FMES,但在洗净力方面表现一般;MES在乳化力、洗净力、泡沫性能方面均优于FMES,但润湿性能较差。In order to explore the application potential of fatty acid methyl ester derivatives in the cleaning for exterior surface of EMU/DMU,three typical fatty acid methyl ester derivatives(MES,FMEE,FMES)were selected,and their basic properties and application performances were tested.The results show that under the condition of a mass fraction of 1%,the solutions of the three fatty acid methyl ester derivatives are nearly neutral,with similar surface tensions.MES has poor low-temperature stability.FMEE is superior to FMES in terms of emulsifying power,wettability,and foaming properties,but its detergency performance is average.MES is superior to FMES in terms of emulsifying power,detergency,and foaming properties,but its wettability is poor.
