摘  要:随着铁路向高速、重载等方向发展,无缝线路对钢轨焊接接头质量的要求不断提升,焊接接头错边量是影响焊接接头质量的重要因素之一,焊机自动对中稳定性是衡量焊机性能及保障焊接接头质量的重要因素。针对钢轨固定式闪光焊机GAAS80/580在自动对中过程中存在稳定性差、对中精度低等问题,结合在维修保养、自动对中调试过程中发现的工装使用情况,总结关键工装对焊机自动对中的影响,提升焊接质量控制措施,保障自动对中精度及焊接错边合格率。With the development of railway in the direction of high speed and heavy load,the quality requirements of rail welded joints for seamless lines are constantly improving,the amount of misalignment of welded joints is one of the important factors affecting the quality of welded joints,and the automatic alignment stability of welding machine is an important factor to measure the performance of welders and ensure the quality of welded joints.In view of the problems of poor stability and low alignment accuracy of GAAS80/580 rail fixed flash welding machine in the process of automatic alignment,combined with the use of tooling found in the process of maintenance and automatic alignment and debugging,the influence of key tooling on the automatic alignment of the welding machine was summarized,and the welding quality control measures were improved to ensure the automatic alignment accuracy and the pass rate of welding misalignment.
