摘　　要：绿色金融是推动制造业企业供应链低碳转型的重要抓手。本文在梳理制造业企业供应链低碳转型现状的基础上,剖析了绿色金融影响制造业企业供应链低碳发展的作用机制与路径。研究发现:绿色金融的资本集聚机制、激励约束机制、信息传递机制和风险防范机制有助于解决企业供应链低碳转型难题;进一步地,绿色金融通过创新绿色金融产品、利用普惠金融渠道、引入数字技术手段等路径促进制造业企业供应链低碳发展。本文通过探究绿色金融与供应链低碳发展之间的相互关系,不仅扩宽了供应链低碳转型的研究视角,还补充了绿色金融作用效果在供应链层面的研究,为绿色金融体系提质增效、发挥转型支持作用提供理论支撑。Green finance is an important lever in promoting the transformation of the supply chain of manufac⁃turing enterprises.On the basis of reviewing the current development status,this paper analyzes the mechanism and path of the impact of green finance on the low-carbon development of the supply chain of manufacturing enter⁃prises.Research finds that the capital agglomeration mechanism,incentive and constraint mechanism,information transmission mechanism,and risk prevention mechanism of green finance can help solve the problem of low-car⁃bon transformation in enterprise supply chains.Further,green finance promotes low-carbon development in the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises through innovative green financial products,utilizing inclusive financial channels,and introducing digital technology tools.By exploring the interrelationship between green finance and low-carbon development of supply chain,this paper not only broadens the research perspective of low-carbon transformation of supply chain,but also supplements the research on the effect of green finance role at the supply chain level,providing theoretical support for the green financial system to enhance the quality and efficiency of green financial system and to play the role of transformation support.
