摘  要:针对在ANSYS软件中对闸门水封进行有限元仿真分析操作难度高、效率低的问题,基于ANSYS用户界面设计语言(UIDL)结合ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)对ANSYS软件进行二次开发,建立闸门水封仿真分析系统。首先根据水封有限元仿真过程确定水封仿真分析系统结构,随后采用UIDL编程修改ANSYS控制文件搭建水封仿真分析系统框架,最后在系统各模块调用相应的APDL宏文件实现系统的功能,完成水封仿真分析系统的开发。采用该系统对某水封算例进行仿真分析,结果表明该系统能够实现水封有限元仿真功能且操作难度较低,具有较强的应用价值。To address the challenges of high operational complexity and low efficiency in finite element simulation analysis of gate water seals using ANSYS software,a gate water seal simulation analysis system was developed through secondary development of ANSYS using the User Interface Design Language(UIDL)in combination with the ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL).First,the system structure for water seal simulation analysis was established based on the finite element simulation process.Then,UIDL programming was used to modify ANSYS control files and build the framework for the water seal simulation analysis system.Finally,APDL macro files were invoked within the system’s modules to implement functionality and complete the system’s development.The system was applied to simulate a specific water seal case.Results show that the system effectively achieves finite element simulation for water seals,reduces operational complexity,and demonstrates strong application value.
