摘 要:本文以环北部湾广东水资源配置工程为背景,针对小直径圆形水工隧洞同步衬砌施工中台车布局紧凑、通行受限、交叉干扰显著等问题,提出一套无轨运输条件下的智能施工技术及组织方案。研发同步衬砌施工多套联动智能工装设备及双车道会车钢栈桥,提出同步衬砌洞内施工组织方案,实现开挖与衬砌平行作业;提出“一洞双线”交通流方案,实现圆形隧洞内部施工工序零干扰。本文研究填补了圆形水工隧洞同步衬砌施工组织及施工关键技术领域的空白,实现了复杂地质条件下特长水工隧洞同步衬砌施工的工期优化与质量提升,确保了工程安全、质量和进度,以期为后续类似输水工程项目提供性价较优、快速可靠的施工方法、技术经验与成熟装备。This paper,based on the Guangdong Water Resources Allocation Project around Beibu Gulf,addresses issues in the construction of small-diameter circular hydraulic tunnels with synchronous lining,such as compact layout of the carriage,restricted passage,and significant cross-interference.It proposes an intelligent construction technology and organizational plan under non-track transportation conditions.The research develops multiple sets of linked intelligent tooling equipment for synchronous lining construction and a dual-lane steel trestle bridge for vehicle passing.It also presents an in-tunnel construction organization plan for synchronous lining,enabling parallel excavation and lining operations.Additionally,a“one tunnel,double line”traffic flow scheme is proposed to achieve zero interference between internal construction processes in the circular tunnel.This research fills the gap in the construction organization and key technology fields for circular hydraulic tunnel synchronous lining,optimizing project duration and improving quality under complex geological conditions.It ensures the safety,quality,and progress of the project,aiming to provide cost-effective,rapid,and reliable construction methods,technical experience,and mature equipment for subsequent similar water conveyance projects.
