摘 要:为提升水库安全监测水平,全面提高监测数据分析处理能力,实现实时预报预警,为管理者提供高效的决策依据,本文通过构建基于数字孪生技术的官厅水库安全监测平台,借助BIM+GIS技术构建物理实体对应虚拟体,实现安全监测数据可视化、预警预报实时化、资料汇编智能化等功能。实时监测信息融合预警评价指标可提升现代化水库运行管理矩阵“四预”能力,此研究成果可为水利工程安全监测向信息化、数字化、智慧化转变提供借鉴。To improve the safety monitoring level of reservoirs,enhance the capacity for data analysis and processing,and achieve real-time forecasting and early warning,this paper constructs a safety monitoring platform for Guanting Reservoir based on digital twin technology.Using BIM+GIS technology,the physical entities are mapped to virtual models to achieve the visualization of safety monitoring data,real-time forecasting and early warning,and intelligent compilation of data.The integration of real-time monitoring information and early warning evaluation indicators enhances the“four pres”capability of modern reservoir management.The research findings provide valuable insights for the transformation of safety monitoring in hydraulic engineering towards informatization,digitization,and smart management.
