摘　　要：运用客船船员任职全周期健康管理可保障船员权益和推动公共安全治理模式向“事前预防”转型,通过聚焦内河客船船员任职全周期健康管理,结合实际探索管理对策,为内河客船船员健康管理提供参考。This paper suggests applying the full-cycle health management of seafarers serving onboard passenger ships in ensuring the protection of the rights and interests of seafarers and promoting the transformation of public safety governance mode to prevention in advance.It focuses on the full-cycle health management of seafarers serving onboard passenger ships,explores the management countermeasures in view of practice to provide reference for the health management of the seafarers.
