摘 要:在实现国际航运温室气体净零排放目标的背景下,低闪点燃料和电池动力船舶正逐渐成为航运市场的主流,然而低闪点燃料船舶船员培训尚处在起步阶段。为实现航运业绿色转型提供高质量的人才保障,通过搜集国内外相关资料、调研相关企业和培训机构,分析当前已开展的替代燃料船舶船员培训现状和存在的问题,从多个层面提出解决船员培训问题的相关建议。Under the background of achieving the goal of net zero greenhouse gas emissions in international shipping,low flash point fuel and battery powered ships are gradually becoming the mainstream of the shipping market,but the training for seafarers on board ships using low flash point fuel is still in its infancy.In order to provide high-quality talent support for realizing the green transformation of the shipping industry,this paper collects relevant information both at home and abroad,investigates relevant enterprises and training institutions,analyzes the current status and existing problems of the training for seafarers on board ships using alternative fuels,and puts forward relevant suggestions for solving the problems of seafarer training from multiple perspectives.
