摘　　要：新加坡依靠其独特的地理位置优势、发达的港口和航运条件以及完善的航运衍生产业体系,连续多年保持全球综合实力最强的国际航运中心地位。通过研读新加坡事故调查相关法律法规、现场调研和专家咨询,详细解读新加坡当前海上事故安全调查、行政调查的法规条款,并与我国海事调查做法进行对比分析,得出改进我国海事调查实践的启示。Relying on its unique geographical advantages,developed port and shipping facilities,and excellent shipping derivatives market,Singapore has maintained its role as the most comprehensive global shipping hub for many years.Based on the study of the relevant laws and regulations of casualty investigation in Singapore,on-site field research and expert consultation,this paper analyzes the current laws and regulations on marine safety and administrative investigation in Singapore,compares the practices of Singapore with those of China in marine casualty investigation,and puts forward enlightenment for improving China's maritime investigation.
