摘  要:为改善船舶机舱主风道的通风性能,以某型集装箱船机舱主风道为研究对象。在开口板上设置导流结构以优化内部通风。引入拓扑优化概念。对主风道内的开口板进行应力集中分析,将开口板的应力集中问题等效为有限宽度钢板两端受拉的应力集中问题,并基于Ansys Workbench软件对其进行拓扑优化,得到拓扑优化型开口板。基于计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)技术,对设置原始型、导流型和拓扑优化型等3种开口板型式的主风道进行通风数值模拟,分别从主风道内的流场、压力和出风口流速等方面进行对比,分析气流在内部障碍情况下的运动特性,为集装箱船机舱主风道内部通风优化提供参考。In order to improve the ventilation performance of main air duct in engine room of a ship,the main air duct in engine room of a container ship is taken as the research object.A diversion structure is set on the open-end plate to optimize the internal ventilation.The topological optimization concept is introduced.The stress concentration analysis of open-end plate in main air duct is conducted,the stress concentration problem of open-end plate is equivalent to that of steel plate with limited width and under tension at both ends,and the topological optimization is performed based on the Ansys Workbench software to obtain the topological optimization type open-end plate.Based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)technology,the ventilation numerical simulations in main air duct with three types of open-end plates,namely,original type,diversion type,and topological optimization type are performed,the flow field,pressure,and flow velocity of air outlet in the main air duct are compared respectively,and the motion characteristics of air flow in the case of internal obstacles are analyzed,which can provide reference for the internal ventilation optimization of main air duct in engine room of container ship.
