摘　　要：某海洋工程建设面临较大难题,对工程设计、采办、建造和安装(Engineering design,Procurement,Construction,and Installation,EPCI)总承包项目进行界面划分。优化整合EPCI总承包项目界面划分的职责分工、信息管理和层级结构,确保界面划分细致并贴合工程建设实际,有效提升工程建设的生产效率并降低风险,对后续海洋工程的项目管理具有较大借鉴意义。An offshore engineering construction faces great difficulty,and the interface division of Engineering design,Procurement,Construction,and Installation(EPCI)general contract project is made.The responsibility assignment,information management,and hierarchical structure of interface division of EPCI general contract project are optimized and integrated to ensure that the interface division is detailed and suitable for the actual engineering construction and effectively improve the production efficiency of engineering construction and reduce risks,which can be of great reference significance for the subsequent project management of offshore engineering.
