摘 要:针对传统的船体分段小组立工位计划工时编制存在的问题,进行基于部件流向批次的计划工时优化研究。以船体分段制造任务工作包在约束范围内的提前制造天数为优化变量,以计划周期内的小组立工位日计划工时与日平均工时的方差最小化为优化目标,建立非线性数学模型,设计遗传算法,采用造船企业的实际数据进行数值试验。结果表明所提出的遗传算法可辅助编制更加均衡的船体分段小组立工位计划工时,并提高计划工时的编制效率。In view of the problems existing in the traditional preparation of planned man-hour of sub-assembly work station of hull section,the optimization of planned man-hour based on component flow and component batch is studied.Taken the advance manufacturing days of work package of manufacturing tasks of hull section within the constraint range as the optimization variable,and taken the variance minimization between daily planned man-hour and daily average man-hour of sub-assembly work station within planning period as the optimization objective,a nonlinear mathematical model is established,the genetic algorithm is designed,and the numerical tests are conducted with the actual data of shipbuilding enterprise.The results show that the proposed genetic algorithm can help to prepare more balanced planned man-hour of sub-assembly work station of hull section and improve the preparation efficiency of planned man-hour.
