摘 要:本文研究了辐射交联技术在低烟无卤阻燃电缆中的应用,以提升电缆的耐热性、阻燃性和机械性能。通过对比实验,验证了辐射交联技术在提高电缆综合性能方面的优势。该技术不仅优化了电缆的制造工艺,还提高了电缆的可靠性和安全性,为电力系统的稳定运行提供了有力支持。本文详细分析了辐射交联技术的原理、应用方法和实验结果,为低烟无卤阻燃电缆的研发和生产提供了有益的技术参考。In this paper,the application of radiation crosslinking technology in low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable was studied to improve the heat resistance,flame retardant and mechanical properties of the cable.Through comparative experiments,the advantages of radiation crosslinking technology in improving the comprehensive performance of cable are verified.This technology not only optimizes the manufacturing process of the cable,but also improves the reliability and safety of the cable,and provides strong support for the stable operation of the power system.In this paper,the principle,application method and experimental results of radiation crosslinking technology are analyzed in detail,which provides a useful technical reference for the development and production of low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cables.
