多运营商5G数字共享深度覆盖综合解决方案技术研究

摘　　要：2024年是十四五规划落地、加快完善5G网络覆盖及质量、构建多频段协同发展5G网络体系的关键之年。随着行业发展持续向好、5G网络部署向深度覆盖延伸,以及垂直行业快速发展,给铁塔室分业务带来新的发展空间。虽然目前的无源、有源室分产品和技术方案能够满足室内场所基本的5G覆盖,但仍然存在着产品和技术手段单一,网络技术演进和数字经济发展需求的问题。基于现在的4G/5G协同室分建设方式,为切实加快推进工信部倡导开展的“信号升格”专项行动进程,由此及彼、由表及里逐步深入研究电梯、地下室、公路隧道等敏感场景的多运营商多频段5G数字共享室分深度覆盖综合解决方案,协同行业降本增效。此举正是积极响应铁塔集团总部提出的变“通信室分”为“数字室分”的要求的一次大胆创新尝试。立足资源禀赋,强化与运营商沟通,瞄准运营商痛点,以电梯试点为案例为后续积极探索更多可复制、可推广的数字室分业务积累了更多的实践经验。2024 is a crucial year for the implementation of the 14th Five Year Plan, accelerating the improvement of 5G network coverage and quality,and building a multi band collaborative development 5G network system. With the continuous improvement of industry development, theextension of 5G network deployment towards deep coverage, and the rapid development of vertical industries, new development space has beenbrought to the tower indoor distribution business. Although current passive and active indoor distribution products and technology solutions canmeet the basic 5G coverage in indoor environments, there is still a problem of single product and technology means that cannot fully adapt tothe evolution of 5G network technology and the development needs of the digital economy. Based on the current 4G/5G collaborative indoordistribution construction method, in order to effectively accelerate the "signal upgrade" special action advocated by the Ministry of Industry andInformation Technology, we will gradually conduct in-depth research on comprehensive solutions for multi operator, multi frequency band 5Gdigital sharing indoor distribution deep coverage in sensitive scenarios such as elevators, basements, and highway tunnels, and collaborate withthe industry to reduce costs and increase efficiency. This move is a bold innovative attempt to actively respond to the request of the Tower Groupheadquarters to transform "communication room distribution" into "digital room distribution". Based on resource endowment, we strengthencommunication with operators, target their pain points, and actively explore more replicable and promotable digital indoor distributionbusinesses through elevator pilot projects, accumulating more practical experience.
