杭州国际赛事之城的发展瓶颈及策略研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料和案例分析法等,首先梳理了国际赛事之城的内涵及特征,分析了杭州赛事之城建设进展及发展瓶颈,在此基础上提出了相应对策。研究结果表明:杭州目前存在①国际赛事规格和影响力仍待提高;②职业体育薄弱,本土精品赛事的建设和推广不足;③体育劳动力素质有待提高;④体育产业发展结构有待优化。基于上述不足提出以下策略建议:①提高赛事体系能级,发展推动体育产业;②积极鼓励发展职业体育,提升俱乐部水平;③加强品牌赛事的建设和推广;④拓宽人才培养渠道,提高体育劳动力素质;⑤促进体城融合,巩固体育产业根基。Using literature reviews and case analysis methods,this study first clarifies the connotation and characteristics of an international sports city,analyzes the progress and development bottlenecks of Hangzhou's sports city construction,and then proposes corresponding countermeasures.The research findings show that Hangzhou currently faces the following challenges:①the international sports event specifications and influence still need to be improved;②the development of professional sports is weak,and the construction and promotion of local,high-quality events are insufficient;③the quality of the sports workforce needs to be improved;and④the structure of sports industry development needs to be optimized.Based on these shortcomings,the following strategic recommendations are proposed:①enhance the level of the event system and promote sports industry development;②actively encourage the development of professional sports and improve the level of clubs;③strengthen the construction and promotion of brand events;④broaden the channels for talent cultivation and improve the quality of the sports workforce;⑤promote the integration of sports and cities to consolidate the foundation of the sports industry.
