摘　　要：NBA球员薪资待遇有显著差异,此差异是否充分反映其在赛场上表现?采用2022年NBA新签署薪资合约的192名球员数据,探讨其在前一年常规赛表现与新合同薪资间的关系。研究方法上,采用两阶段NDEA模型,第一阶段中分为进攻和防守表现两个部门,分别评估球员在攻防上的表现。第二阶段为薪资创造来评估球员赛场表现是否能充分转换成其薪资水平,并评估其薪资创造效率。通过NDEA结果衡量各球员在不同部门、阶段及综合的效率表现,获得其应得的薪资待遇。研究设计上,将全部球员使用BoD效能、首发和替补球员及薪资创造效率结果的四分位分组做区分来比较球员之间的薪资和各阶段效率值。最后,通过群组特性分析,深入研究表现卓越的球员有哪些特点,同时检验球员是否为首发对效能有何影响。结果显示:以BoD效能衡量的较高进攻和防守效能与球员薪资呈正相关。与替补相比首发球员在薪资创造阶段表现出更高效率,显示出球员是否为首发的重要性。其中,发现在攻防效能较低的Ⅲ组球员中,有6名球员在NDEA效率评估中获得1。此结果促使对其变量进行群体特性分析,认为其大多有较少的NBA经验,表明其是值得球队加大投入和关注的新兴人才。There are significant differences in the salary and treatment of NBA players.Do these differences fully reflect their performance on the court?Using the data of 192 players who signed new salary contracts in the NBA in 2022,this study explores the relationship between their performance in the previous regular season and their new contract salaries.In terms of research methods,a two-stage NDEA model is adopted.In the first stage,it is divided into two sectors:offensive and defensive performance,to evaluate players'performance on offense and defense,respectively.The second stage focuses on salary creation to assess whether players'on-court performance can be fully translated into their salary levels and to evaluate their salary creation efficiency.The efficiency performance of each player in different sectors,stages,and comprehensively is measured through the NDEA results to determine their deserved salary treatment.In the research design,all players are divided into groups using the quartile grouping of BoD efficiency,starters,and bench players,and salary creation efficiency results to compare the salaries and efficiency values of players at each stage.Finally,through group characteristic analysis,this study delves into the characteristics of outstanding players and examines the impact of whether a player is a starter on efficiency.The results show that higher offensive and defensive efficiency measured by BoD efficiency is positively correlated with players'salaries.Compared with bench players,starters exhibit higher efficiency in the salary creation stage,highlighting the importance of being a starter.Among them,among the players with lower offensive and defensive efficiency in Group III,six players obtained a score of 1 in the NDEA efficiency evaluation.This result prompts a group characteristic analysis of these variables,suggesting that most of them have relatively less NBA experience,indicating that they are emerging talents worthy of greater investment and attention from teams.
