摘 要:个体职业发展过程中由多个事件构成,排列方式的不同将直接影响差异化的发展曲线.归纳和总结我国高校体育学术群体的职业发展轨迹和转折,将为该群体的学术职业发展提供有益参考.运用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑归纳法,以2018-2021年间6种体育类核心期刊的3418名第一作者为研究对象,梳理现实状况,归纳发展特征,探索影响因素并构建发展模型.研究认为:性别差异、代际差异、学历差异、职称差异和导师类型差异存在于我国高校体育学术群体的学术发展过程;年龄特点方面,80后(29-41岁)是我国当前学术发展的中坚力量,且存在“39岁效应”;职称、导师类型和学历越高,则生存率和职业成就越大.A life course is a sequence of multiple life events of an individual,and the difference in the arrangement will directly affect the differentiated development curve.Discussing the career development trajectory and turning points of the academic community of sports in Chinese universities will provide useful references for the academic career development of the group.By using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,and logical induction,3418 first authors of 6 core sports journals from 2018 to 2021 were selected as the research objects to sort out the actual situation,summarize the characteristics of academic development,explore the influencing factors and build a development model.The research shows that gender differences,generational differences,educational differences,professional title differences,and tutor type differences exist in the academic development process of college sports academic groups in China.Regarding age characteristics,the post-80s(29-41 years old)are the backbone of China's current academic development,and there is a"39 years old effect";The higher the professional title,seniority and education,the higher the survival rate and career achievement.
