摘 要:为解决叉车造型同质化严重、产品各部件设计缺乏人机交互考虑的问题,文章提出一种融合QFD与TRIZ理论的叉车造型创新设计方法。首先,运用文献回顾法和访谈法收集资料,深入分析用户需求。其次,构建叉车造型的QFD质量屋,将用户需求精准转化为产品特性。最后,借助TRIZ理论解决叉车驾驶舱美观性与易用性等设计特性之间的冲突问题。通过运用分割和动态化等原理对叉车进行设计,为相关工程机械装备造型的创新设计提供一定借鉴。To address the issues of severe homogenization in forklift styling and a lack of consideration for human-machine interaction in product component design,this article proposes an innovative forklift styling design method that integrates QFD and TRIZ theories.Firstly,use literature review and interview methods to collect data and conduct in-depth analysis of user needs.Secondly,build a QFD quality house with forklift styling to accurately translate user needs into product characteristics.Finally,the TRIZ theory is used to address the conflict between design features such as aesthetics and ease of use in forklift cockpits.By applying principles such as segmentation and dynamization to the design of forklifts,it provides a certain reference for innovative design of related engineering machinery equipment shapes.
