摘　　要：研究聚焦乳腺癌患者住院期间的特殊需求,借助服务设计的方法探究面向乳腺癌患者的住院部公共设施产品设计。首先,通过访谈法、实地调研法构建乳腺癌患者的用户画像及用户旅程图,并运用KJ法归纳总结用户需求。其次,基于KANO模型对用户需求进行分类,并结合熵权法确定需求综合权重。最后,根据权重较高的需求设计一款住院部公共设施产品。研究有助于优化乳腺癌患者的住院设施服务体验,对住院场景下的相关公共设施设计具有参考意义。The study focuses on the special needs of breast cancer patients during hospitalization and explores the design of public facilities for breast cancer patients with the help of service design concept.First,the user profile and user journey map of breast cancer patients are constructed by interview method and field research method,and user needs are summarized by KJ method.Second,the user requirements are categorized based on the KANO model,and the comprehensive weights of the requirements are determined by the entropy weight method.Finally,an inpatient utility product is designed based on the needs with higher weights.The study helps to optimize the service experience of inpatient facilities for breast cancer patients,and is of reference significance for the design of related public facilities in the hospitalization scenario.
