摘　　要：为解决社区公共空间配置与居民需求不平衡的问题,打造以人为本的宜居社区,研究以ISM结构解释模型为分析方法,明晰社区公共空间的关键影响因素,提出相应的优化设计策略。首先,通过访谈、案例收集、文献梳理筛选出16个影响因素,其次,建立ISM解释结构模型探究各因素间的逻辑关系和影响程度。最后,针对ISM模型的分析结果提出社区功能性设计、互动性设计、素质水平提升、文化情感调动四个方面的优化设计策略。结果表明:社区公共空间的关键影响因素为惠民设施、居民素质、社区活动、社区交往。In order to solve the imbalance between the allocation of community public space and the needs of residents,and build a human-oriented livable community,the ISM structural interpretation model is used as the analysis method to clarify the key influencing factors of community public space,and corresponding optimization design strategies are proposed.Firstly,16 influencing factors were screened out through interviews,case collection and literature review,and then ISM interpretation structure model was established to explore the logical relationship and influence degree among all factors.Finally,based on the analysis results of ISM model,the author puts forward four optimal design strategies:community functional design,interactive design,quality level improvement and cultural emotion mobilization.The results show that the key influencing factors of community public space are beneficent facilities,residents'quality,community activities and community communication.
