摘 要:工业设计专业人才的产教融合培养模式在近些年得到了全面发展,但校企合作培育模式仍存在诸多局限性,如教学内容滞后于企业需求,行业需求与学生个性化需求不匹配,产教融合教育评价体系不完善等问题。随着智能技术的不断进步,为这些问题提供了有效的解决思路和途径。通过智能匹配系统,实现企业和人才培养的精准对接,共建共享交流平台促进企业和高校的深度合作。将智能化设计融入课程教学内容,提升学生综合设计能力,使其更符合企业需求。此外,人工智能技术也被用于完善学生企业实习评价体系,助力培养适应市场需求的高素质工业设计人才。In recent years,industry-education integration training mode of industrial design professionals has been comprehensively developed,but there are still many limitations in the school-enterprise cooperation training mode,such as teaching content lagging behind the needs of enterprises,industry needs do not match the individual needs of students,and the evaluation system of the integration of production and education is not perfect.With the continuous progress of intelligent technology,it provides an effective way to solve these problems.Through the intelligent matching system,the precise docking of enterprises and talent training can be achieved,and the deep cooperation between enterprises and universities can be promoted by building a shared exchange platform.Intelligent design will be integrated into the teaching content of the course to improve students'comprehensive design ability and make it more in line with the needs of enterprises.In addition,artificial intelligence technology has also been used to improve the student enterprise internship evaluation system and help train high-quality industrial design talents to meet market demand.
