摘　　要：随着全球人口老龄化的加剧,健康助手APP作为一种重要的健康管理工具,其在老年人群体中的需求和使用越来越受到关注。研究基于KANO-AHP模型,旨在探索如何通过适老化研究与设计,提升老年用户对健康助手APP的使用满意度。首先,通过KANO模型分析了老年人对健康助手APP功能的需求类型及其满意度特征。其次,运用AHP法确定了不同需求在老年人群体中的优先级,从而指导后续的适老化设计实践。最后,通过案例分析展示了设计策略和实施效果,强调了适老化设计对老年用户体验的积极影响。以期为健康助手APP的适老化设计提供理论指导和实践经验,对未来类似研究和产品开发具有一定的借鉴意义。With the increasing aging of the global population,health assistant APP,as an important health management tool,has attracted more and more attention in the needs and use of the elderly.Based on the KANO-AHP model,the study aims to explore how to improve elderly users'satisfaction with health assistant apps through age-appropriate research and design.Firstly,KANO model was used to analyze the elderly's demand types and satisfaction characteristics for health assistant APP functions.Secondly,the analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the priority of different needs in the elderly group,so as to guide the subsequent practice of age-appropriate design.Finally,the design strategy and implementation effect are demonstrated through case analysis,and the positive impact of age-appropriate design on the experience of elderly users is emphasized.In order to provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for the age-appropriate design of health assistant APP,it has certain reference significance for similar research and product development in the future.
