服务设计视角下的儿童手功能康复平台设计研究

摘　　要：研究旨在探究服务设计在儿童手功能康复平台设计中的应用,缓解儿童患者在康复医疗过程中产生的负面心理,并提升其配合治疗的积极性。研究以服务设计理论为基础,首先,明确界定儿童手功能康复平台的利益相关者,并梳理出对设计起关键作用的核心利益用户。其次,通过观察、访谈等方法,获取用户在服务过程中的行为和情感变化,并汇总成用户旅程图,挖掘用户在服务过程中的痛点。再次,运用服务设计的三层次理论模型,将各项痛点进行属性分类,进而转化为设计要素进行设计产出;最后,重新构建融合“康复—陪伴—游戏—成长”理念的线上线下一体化手功能康复平台模式,并完成儿童手功能康复平台产品设计实践。以期进一步改进儿童手功能康复平台的服务模式,为儿童用户解决在康复过程中的多层次体验需求。This study aims to explore the application of service design in the design of children's hand function rehabilitation platform,alleviate the negative psychology of patients and children in the rehabilitation medical process,and enhance their enthusiasm for treatment.The research is based on the theory of service design.First,the stakeholders of the children's hand function platform are clearly defined,and the core interest users who play a key role in the design are sorted out.Secondly,through observation,interview and other methods,the behavior and emotional changes of users in the service process are obtained and summarized into a user journey map,and the pain points of users in the service process are mined.Thirdly,using the three-level theory model of service design,the pain points are classified into attributes,and then transformed into design elements for design output.Finally,the online and offline integrated hand function rehabilitation platform model integrating the concept of"rehabilitation-companionshipgame-growth"was reconstructed,and the design practice of children's hand function rehabilitation platform products was completed.In order to further improve the service mode of children's hand function rehabilitation platform,to solve the multi-level experience needs of children users in the rehabilitation process.
