摘　　要：文章分别通过街头音乐作为欧美的一种历史传统、历史与现实田野民族志的案例叙事、音乐人事与文化研究模式的理论阐释三个部分的论述,以音乐人类学的方法并采用了“音乐文化诗学”的音乐人事与文化研究模式,在区域国别学的视角下,对街头音乐活动所呈现的权利、契约和法规在美国社会文化中的关系进行了深入分析。The article is divided into three parts:street music as a historical tradition in Europe and the United States,the case nar-rative of historical and realistic field ethnography,and the theoretical interpretation of the research model of music personnel and culture.With the methodology of music anthropology and the research model of music personnel and culture of“music and culture poetics”,the article,in the perspective of area studies,aims to analyze the deep relationships between rights,contracts,and regu-lations in American society and culture.
