文化平权视域下2025总台春晚无障碍转播的媒介实践

摘　　要：春节,作为中华民族最为重要的节日之一,承载着人们对家国情怀与团圆美好的向往。而春晚,作为这一节日的重要组成部分,早已超越了一台晚会的意义,成为全球华人共同的文化记忆和情感纽带。而媒介无障碍化是媒体融合发展的重要方向,也是国家公共服务体系建设的重要内容。同样,在中国式现代化和数字中国建设双重背景下,如何保障“数字弱势群体”权益也是亟待解决的问题。2025年春晚实现了媒介无障碍传播,此举不仅体现了对弱势群体的关注,更传达了一个深刻的文化理念。从“规模覆盖”向“精准包容”,让每一个人都能平等地享受这场视觉与听觉的盛宴。The Spring Festival,as one of the most important festivals of the Chinese nation,carries people's yearning for family and national sentiment and reunion.As an important part of this festival,the Spring Festival Gala has long exceeded the significance of a party and become a common cultural memory and emotional bond for Chinese people around the world.Media accessibility is an important direction of media convergence development and an important part of the construction of the national public service sys-tem.Similarly,how to protect the rights and interests of the“digitally disadvantaged”in the dual context of Chinese modernization and the construction of digital China is an urgent issue,and the fact that the 2025 Spring Festival Gala has been made media-ac-cessible not only demonstrates the concern for the disadvantaged,but also conveys a profound cultural concept.From“scale cover-age”to“precise inclusion”,everyone can enjoy this visual and auditory feast equally.Based on the analysis of the connotation and significance of media accessibility,this paper takes the 2025 General Radio Spring Festival Gala as a sample,and explores its in-novative practice of accessible communication from the perspective of egalitarianism,as well as its underlying social significance,technological realization,and cultural impact,with a view to providing references to the practice of media accessibility in China.
