摘 要:以我国南海某深水导管架为研究对象,提出系统管线腿内布置和增设压力表的带压注水方案,并通过数值模拟完成带压注水的扶正过程设计。导管架海上操作按照设计扶正方案进行,通过监测舱室压力反推注水量,实现精准控制。海上实测数据与数值模拟结果接近,且相对常规扶正方案实现了对舱室注水量的控制,导管架扶正过程姿态稳定。结果表明,带压注水扶正设计可以满足深水导管架扶正精准控制的目标,降低导管架海上安装作业风险,相关技术可进一步推广至常规深水导管架作业。Taken a deep water jacket in the South China Sea as an example,the line arrangement of the water injection and venting system in the leg and the pressurized water injection scheme with added pressure gauges are proposed,and the design of the upending process with pressurized water injection is completed through numerical simulation.The offshore operation of the jacket is carried out according to the designed upending scheme,and precise control is achieved by monitoring the compartment pressure to reverse the water injection amount.The measured data is close to the numerical simulation results.Compared with the conventional upending plan,the control of compartment water injection amount is achieved,and the jacket status during jacket upending process is stable.The results show that the controlled upending design with pressurized water injection can meet the goal of precise control of the jacket upending process,reduce the risk of offshore installation of the jacket,and the related technologies can be further promoted to conventional deep water jacket operation.
