“村BA”助力贵州乡村体育旅游协同发展机制研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、田野调查法,分析乡村体育旅游发展结构性困境,乡村体育旅游存在公共服务体系不全、项目开发资金缺口大、建设主体积极性不足、项目发展时令限制、项目开发普适性保持、创新与特色兼具保持难等问题。建议:完善顶层设计,健全制度促发展;产业链促进资金流转,带动价值创造;加强人才培养,实现人旅专业一体化;特色项目融合创新,文旅融合提升文化自信;与自然和谐共存,创新融合永葆竞争力。构建了贵州乡村体育旅游协同发展机制理论模型,协同各类要素,高效赋能乡村体育旅游发展。Using literature review and field investigation methods,this study analyzes the structural challenges in the development of rural sports tourism.Rural sports tourism faces issues such as an incomplete public service system,significant funding gaps for project development,insufficient enthusiasm among development entities,seasonal limitations on project growth,difficulties in maintaining general applicability,and balancing innovation with distinctive features.The following recommendations are proposed:improve top-level design and establish sound policies to promote development;facilitate the formation of industrial chains to promote capital flow and value creation;enhance talent training to achieve professional integration of human resources and tourism;integrate innovative and characteristic projects to boost cultural confidence;harmoniously coexist with nature and maintain competitiveness through innovative integration.A theoretical model for the coordinated development mechanism of rural sports tourism in Guizhou is constructed to coordinate various elements and efficiently empower the development of rural sports tourism.
