运动性肌肉损伤诱导大鼠抑郁状态的行为学研究

摘　　要：目的:探究大鼠肌肉损伤(EIMD)后是否会引起抑郁性的相关行为表现;方法:传统跑台对大鼠进行EIMD造模后,采用蔗糖水偏好、强迫游泳及悬尾实验对大鼠进行动物行为学测试,ELISA法测定两组大鼠CORT和ACTH水平。结果:与对照组相比,行为表现:EIMD组大鼠的蔗糖水偏爱度明显降低(P<0.01);强迫游泳及悬尾实验不动时间显著升高(P<0.05);生理指标:EIMD组大鼠的CORT及ACTH水平显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),且相比之下前者变化幅度较为直观。Objective:To explore whether exercise-induced muscle damage(EIMD)in rats would cause depressive-like behavioral manifestations.Methods:EIMD was induced in rats by traditional treadmill running.The rats were then subjected to behavioral tests including sucrose preference,forced swimming and tail suspension tests.The levels of CORT and ACTH in the two groups of rats were determined by ELISA.Results:Compared with the control group,in terms of behavioural performance,the sucrose water preference of rats in the EIMD group was significantly lower(P<0.01);the immobility time of forced swimming was significantly higher(P<0.05);the immobility time of the hanging tail experiment(P<0.05);and in terms of physiological indexes,the CORT and ACTH levels of rats in the EIMD group were significantly higher(P<0.01,P<0.05)In terms of physiological indexes,CORT and ACTH levels were significantly increased in the EIMD group(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the magnitude of the changes in CORT levels was more intuitive in comparison with that in this mouse experiments.
