三通针法治疗面肌痉挛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察三通针法治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法 将60例面肌痉挛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采取三通针法治疗,对照组采取常规针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后Penn痉挛频率分级、Cohen痉挛程度分级和焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale, SAS)评分的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,优于对照组的83.3%(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,两组Penn痉挛频率分级、Cohen痉挛程度分级和SAS评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Penn痉挛频率分级、Cohen痉挛程度分级和SAS评分均优于治疗1个疗程后(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组Penn痉挛频率分级、Cohen痉挛程度分级和SAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 三通针法治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效优于常规针刺,能进一步降低痉挛频率和程度,缓解患者焦虑情绪。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of San Tong acupuncture in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Method Sixty patients with hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received San Tong acupuncture therapy,while the control group received conventional acupuncture.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,and the changes in the Penn spasm frequency scale(PSFS),Cohen spasm intensity scale(CSIS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores were observed before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7%,significantly higher than 83.3%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1-course of treatment,both groups showed improvements in PSFS,CSIS,and SAS scores compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,PSFS,CSIS,and SAS scores in both groups were better than those after one course of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group demonstrated significantly better in PSFS,CSIS,and SAS scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion San Tong acupuncture is more effective than conventional acupuncture in treating hemifacial spasm,further reducing spasm frequency and intensity while alleviating patient anxiety.
