摘　　要：教学团队通过文献回顾、实践观察、问卷调查、个人访谈、座谈会等手段,基于结构为核心的小讲课教学模式提升师生发展素养需求的能力,实践“以学生学习发展为中心”的教学理念,达到“有效教学在课堂上”的教学目标,从而发挥课堂教学的时效性,提高课堂教学质量。该教学模式有助于建立长期有效促进学生发展的新的机制,为新时代大学生敬业精神的培育提供参考。Teaching team employs a multi-method approach—including literature review,practical observation,questionnaire surveys,individual interviews,and group discussions—to explore how a mini-lecture teaching model centered on structure can enhance both students'and instructors'capacity to meet the developmental needs of professional competence.Grounded in the“student-centered learning and development”philosophy,this model aims to achieve the goal of“effective teaching in the classroom,”thereby enhancing the timeliness and quality of classroom instruction.The proposed teaching model facilitates the establishment of a sustainable mechanism for fostering student development and offers a valuable reference for cultivating a strong sense of professional dedication among university students in the new era.
