摘 要:针对目前免耕播种机破茬机构入土角度不佳、入土深度调节受限、破土效果不理想等问题,设计了分体式免耕播种机的独立破茬圆盘机构,该机构通过垂直铰接转轴可与后部挂接的播种机分离,入土深度由驾驶员在驾驶室操纵调节油缸完成,解决了传统破茬机构的结构和调节限制问题,达到了方便快捷调节入土深度且提升破土效果的目的。田间性能试验表明,分体式免耕播种机整机作业后平均秸秆切断率为95.25%,机组通过性良好,满足作业要求,为免耕播种机破茬机构的发展提供理论参考。Aiming at the problems of the existing stubble breaking mechanisms in no-till seeders,such as improper soil-entry angles,limited adjustment of soil-entry depth,and unsatisfactory soil-breaking effects,an independent stubble breaking disc mechanism for split-type no-till seeder was designed.This mechanism can be separated from the rear-mounted seeder through a vertical hinge shaft.The soil-entry depth is adjusted by the driver operating the adjusting cylinder in the cab.It solves the structural and adjustment limitations of traditional stubble breaking mechanisms,achieving the goals of conveniently and quickly adjusting the soil-entry depth and improving the soil-breaking effect.Field performance tests show that the average straw cutting rate of the split-type no-till seeder after the operation is 95.25%,that the trafficability of the machine set is good,that meeting the operation requirements,and that providing a theoretical reference for the development of stubble breaking mechanisms in no-till seeders.
