摘  要:林果业是新疆的特色优势产业,对经济发展和农民增收至关重要。针对新疆林果种植施肥过程中存在的人工施肥效果不佳、肥料利用率低等问题,本文设计了一种果园厩肥双行开沟施肥机。本文对该机的凿式开沟器、联合排肥装置、液压系统、肥箱、机架等关键部件进行了设计,确定了分土板、挡土板、承肥板、刮板式输送装置以及带式送肥装置的结构与参数。集成整机并进行了田间性能试验,结果显示:开沟深度稳定性达97.37%,土壤扰动面积438.25 cm2,排肥均匀性95.57%,排肥量合格率93.80%,试验结果表明该施肥机满足果园施肥要求。The forestry and fruit industry are a characteristically advantageous industry in Xinjiang,which is vital to economic development and income generation for farmers.Aiming at the forest fruit planting in Xinjiang fertilizer application process exists in the artificial fertilization effect is poor,low fertilizer utilization and other problems.This paper designed a kind of orchard stable fertilizer double row open furrow fertilizer applicator.The key components of the machine,such as chisel opener,combined fertilizer discharge device,hydraulic system,fertilizer tank,frame,etc.,were designed,and the structure and parameters of soil dividing plate,soil retaining plate,fertilizer bearing plate,scraper-type conveying device,and belt-type fertilizer feeding device were determined.The whole machine was integrated and the field performance test was carried out.The results showed that the stability of ditching depth was 97.37%,that the soil disturbance area was 438.25 cm2,that the uniformity of fertilizer discharge was 95.57%,and that the qualified rate of fertilizer discharge was 93.80%,indicating that the fertilizer applicator met the requirements of orchard fertilization.
