摘 要:为解决板蓝根采收中劳动强度大、费时费力、收获效率低、土壤适应性差等问题,对新疆板蓝根机械化采收的现状、存在的问题进行深入分析。总结得出了目前板蓝根机械化采收主要存在的问题:一是现有板蓝根收获机性能不稳定;二是现有收获机械土壤适应性差;三是现有收获机自动化程度不高;四是研发与应用脱节。针对存在问题给出了相对应的解决对策。In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,time-consuming,low harvest efficiency and poor soil adaptability,the current situation and existing problems of mechanized harvesting of isatidis radix in Xinjiang were analyzed.It is concluded that the main problems of mechanized harvesting are as follows:the first is that the performance of the soil of the existing harvester is unstable;the second is the poor soil adaptability of existing harvesting machinery;the third is the low level of automation of existing harvesters;the fourth is the disconnection between development and application.The corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems are given.
